He has a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in Technological Educational Institute of Heraklion, Sitia. His thesis, drawn up successfully, was referred to the action of nutraceutical Greek herbs like dittany, rosemary, thyme, sagebrush.His practical training took place at the General Hospital of Patras, Agios Andreas. He is a member of the Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists of Greece. In 2015 he was appointed president of Western Greece Dietitians Nutritionists region. He is constantly informed about the developments in the area of nutrition through scientific, nationwide and international, conferences.
